Evelyn Marie Moore, O.D.

Dr. Moore was born and raised in Champaign-Urbana, as were her parents. She graduated from Champaign Central High School in 1968. She attended the University of Illinois, Urbana prior to transferring to Indiana University College of Optometry, Bloomington. She received her Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University in 1976. She opened her Champaign office in May 1979 She relocated to our current location in 2002  Round Barn Centre, Champaign, IL.

Dr. Moore is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Contact Lens Section of the AOA, the Illinois Optometric Association, the East Central Optometric Society, and the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists.

Dr. Moore has adopted two daughters and has two granddaughters. Dr. Moore enjoys classical music, reading, and trail riding.

Frame & Lens Specialists (Opticians)

Our opticians are skilled and knowledgeable. Today there are literally hundreds of frame and lens option combinations. Our opticians listen carefully to your lifestyle needs and make recommendations specifically for you. We welcome our newest optician Ashley who comes to our office with years of experience.  Danielle and Ashley will be happy to assist you in making just the right selection.

Reception and Billing Specialist

Our front desk staff are ready to greet you. Should you have any billing or insurance questions, Rebecca will cheerfully research those questions for you. Rebecca is supported at the front desk by Elizabeth and Nancy.

Pre-Testing Technicians

Our pre-testing technicians carefully gather some basic information and data for Dr. Moore to review. We are proud to offer comprehensive eye health and vision services.
