Evelyn Marie Moore, O.D.

Dr. Moore was born and raised in Champaign-Urbana, as were her parents. She graduated from Champaign Central High School in 1968. She attended the University of Illinois, Urbana prior to transferring to Indiana University College of Optometry, Bloomington. She received her Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University in 1976. She opened her Champaign office in Huntington Towers, Champaign in May 1979 and purchased the office of Everett Bradford OD in Arthur, IL in January 1980. She worked in both offices until October of 1998 when she closed the Arthur office. In 1992 she purchased the office of Donald Kempe OD in Country Fair Shopping Plaza, Champaign, IL and relocated to our current location in Round Barn Centre, Champaign, IL.

Dr. Moore is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Contact Lens Section of the AOA, the Illinois Optometric Association, the East Central Optometric Society, and the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists.

Dr. Moore has adopted two daughters and has two granddaughters. Dr. Moore enjoys classical music, reading, and trail riding.

Our opticians listen carefully to your lifestyle needs and make recommendations specifically for you.Tasha, our newest optician, comes to our office with over twenty years of experience. Tasha and Becca will be happy to assist you in making just the right selection.

Our front desk staff are ready to greet you. Should you have any billing or insurance questions, Amanda will cheerfully research those questions for you. Amanda is supported at the front desk by Elizabeth.

Pre-Testing Technicians

Our pre-testing technicians carefully gather some basic information and data for Dr. Moore to review. We are proud to offer comprehensive eye health and vision services. Our pre-testing staff include Elizabeth and Amanda.
